    Beachwalk is going before the Halandale Beach commission tomorrow (Wednesday 6/20) for final approval.

    If the commission approves, construction will begin by the end of the year.

    Ummm, is this actually beachfront? The rendering looks like it's not, nor does the address appear to be on the beach. Maybe it's called "Beachwalk" because you walk to the beach (across a highway practically)?

    This property sits on the southwest corner of Hallandale Beach Blvd. & intercoastal. Live a few blocks from this site and it will be nice for Hallandale to have something modern in it's outdated, condo skyline!
