    Zaha Hadid will design the 1000 Biscayne tower. This will be her first tower in the western hemisphere.

    The project will be located on the site of what is currently a BP gas station.

    The developer is Gregg Covin, who also built Ten Museum Park next door.

    Hadid is a great talent.

    It should be noted that Covin has not yet completed the acquisition of the property.

    Zaha Hadid is an amazing architect. Those of us living at Ten Museum Park, neighboring 1000 Museum are excited that such an amazing architect is doing this project in our neighborhood. We feel quite connected to this new development. Ten Museum Park, like One Thousand Museum was also developed by Gregg Covin. An article appearing online at Daily Business Review on November 6, 2012 should definitely be noted. The glossy brochures at 1000 Museum are promising helipads, aquatic centers, fully finished units, only the best of the best.... oh, such memories of the days when we would peer at those glossy brochures for Ten Museum Park!!!!
