Chateau Ocean Surfside | Arquitectonica Design | Approved
Chateau Group is proposing an 89 unit project in Surfside designed by Arquitectonica, after recently commencing construction on Chateau Beach in Sunny Isles.
The condominium project is to be built on the ocean in the 9300 block of Collins Avenue, currently the site of a Best Western motel. Chateau Group purchased the site in March for $50 Million.
The project was approved at the Surfside Planning and Zoning / Design Review Board meeting on December 4th. It was approved in January by the Surfside commission.
